PROGRAMS & IMPACT

Projects

Restorative Justice Movement (RJM) offers healing-centered, community-based programs that address harm, foster accountability, and support transformation. Our work includes restorative dialogue and circle processes, intergenerational engagement, and culturally rooted healing practices. We support individuals in recovery, our unhoused community,  and those navigating mental health or life transitions through wellness-focused, creative, and community-building activities. Our outreach provides essential resources, harm reduction tools, and education directly to communities in need. We also offer training, peer support, and educational opportunities to help participants and professionals reclaim purpose and build sustainable futures. Through it all, RJM remains committed to justice, connection, and collective healing.

The Restorative Approach ( Circle Sessions )

RJM creates spaces for individuals and communities to process trauma and conflict in ways that honor emotional truth and foster genuine healing. Through restorative circles, community dialogues, and accountability processes, those affected by harm are heard, validated, and supported. Survivors regain voice and agency; those who have caused harm are invited to make amends and grow.

Outreach 101:

This initiative supports holistic practices for professional and personal well-being.  Organizations and individuals will explore strategies for restorative mental health maintenance, self-awareness, and alignment within position as well as purpose, we will highlight symptoms of  trauma, compassion fatigue, burnout and professional "drifting" .

Through an examination of harm, relational trauma, nonverbal behavior, triggers, and responses, the program offers tools to foster emotional accountability and strengthen interpersonal dynamics. Relational-awarenesses are  core practices for being in spaces with oneself and others.
