Recovery in Motion engages individuals across generations in restorative justice practices that emphasize learning through movement, experience, and relationship. Through intergenerational excursions, community trainings, and culturally grounded events, participants explore healing as an active and shared process—one that unfolds through presence, accountability, and connection to place. By utilizing local landmarks, artistic expression, historical reflection, and communal gatherings, the program invites participants of all ages to discover recovery as both personal and collective responsibility. Movement becomes a lens for awareness, accountability, and growth, helping individuals redefine recovery beyond survival and into restoration, purpose, and belonging. In Recovery in Motion, healing is not static—it is practiced together, lived across generations, and sustained through community.
