Familial, educational,healthcare, legal, penal and governmental, systems that influence communities. Our educational trainings and workshops initiate the creation of an equitable and restorative culture. The awareness that humanity is not defined by systems, but by the value we cultivate within.

History

Culturally Speaking was developed to create a culturally rich experience that centers identity as both personal and communal evolution. Once viewed through the lens of difference, culture becomes through restorative awareness - a mirror of our shared humanity. This program contributes to the ongoing creation of a restorative culture, where diversity is not a division but the foundation of collective growth and understanding.

Community Education

Through dialogue, experiential learning, and reflection, participants learn to see culture as the bridge between people rather than the barrier. Awareness through an equitable and just lens becomes the catalyst for communal recreation-where generational and societal bias, along with micro and macroaggressions, begin to dissolve. Participants and organizations alike engage in practices that honor inclusion, empathy, and equity as daily disciplines.

Cultural Traditions

Festive excursions, traditional events, and cultural exchanges bring theory into living practice. These experiences create spaces of belonging where interracial, intergenerational, and gender realities are not only respected but celebrated. Culturally Speaking is designed for individuals and organizations committed to giving voice to every member of their environment - building communities that reflect justice, joy, and shared value
